When the 8 colours to be filled have the same dosage range, only the parameters of the dosage to be filled need to be set through the PLC interface.
When the dosage of the 8 colours to be filled is not the same, the dosage range of each colour can be controlled individually by adjusting the nut at the back of the pump.
The heating and dosing of the 8 drums can be controlled individually and can be switched on and off.
Through the photoelectric sensing optical fibre to the products above the assembly line, to adjust the sensor to the appropriate height and position, when the products need to be filled through the assembly line to the filling position fibre optic sensor, filling will be carried out once. Filling speed is adjusted by adjusting the speed of the assembly line.
